Hero's On Wheels, LLC was founded in 2020 by Derek and Aaron DeFelice after deciding to trade our brick-and-mortar restaurant for life on the road. We're a veteran-owned food truck serving made-to-order meals that prioritize customization, quality, and allergy-friendly options.
Based in Maine, we proudly provide service statewide—no event is too big or too small. Hero's On Wheels is a husband-and-wife team known for friendly service and cooking every dish to perfection.
